What information is required to make a bill payment?
To make a bill payment, please bring your bill stub to the CheckFreePay location where you are making your payment. Your bill stub contains all the necessary information to make sure your payment is processed correctly. You should also bring a photo ID.

What forms of payment may I use to make my bill payment?
Payment types vary depending on the bill you want to pay. Typically, if you are paying your bill at a CheckFreePay agent location that provides authorized walk-in bill payment services, you can pay your bill with cash, check or money order.

How much does it cost to send a payment through CheckFreePay?
A convenience fee, that must be paid in cash, is charged to process each bill payment. The convenience fee varies depending on the billing organization, type of service used and even your geographical location.

Do I receive proof of payment?
Yes. After processing your payment, the agent will give you a validated receipt as proof that you sent your payment.
